Ex-girlfriend of rich creep who only got community service for secretly filming their sex romps files suit
The rich creep who got a slap on the wrist for secretly filming his girlfriend may not be done paying for the crime.
One of John Kelly’s victims filed suit against him in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday seeking money damages for turning their private trysts into twisted home movies.
Kelly’s “outrageous and shocking” conduct caused the victim — identified only as Jane Doe — to suffer “severe and permanent emotional distress, (and) psychological and physical injuries,” the suit says.
“She’s kind and beautiful and would have had everything going for her but for her deep emotional distress as a result of this humiliation,” said her lawyer Rosemarie Arnold. “This really ruined her life.”
The 36-year-old was in a relationship with Kelly between 2011 and December 2012 and they “engaged in private sexual relations” in her home and his E. 69th St. apartment, the suit says.
The Morgan Stanley wealth manager secretly filmed her “naked and engaging in private sexual acts” at least 15 times without her knowledge or consent, the suit says.
He posted the videos online and showed them to his “friends and acquaintances.”
Kelly, 35, pleaded guilty to secretly filming Doe and another woman he was involved with earlier this year, but wound up only getting sentenced to community service after it was revealed a third woman tampered with the some of the videos and prosecutors had accidentally erased others.
